What Is an EAP?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, professional counseling and consultation resource that helps employees and their family members address personal and work-related concerns that may be affecting their quality of life, job performance, or overall well-being.
Our EAP services are designed to be accessible and convenient—we offer face-to-face sessions in a comfortable, private office setting, as well as secure encrypted virtual sessions for those who prefer to meet from home or another location of their choosing.
Is There a Cost?
In many cases, EAP services are provided at no cost to the employee when the employer has contracted for EAP coverage. Standard services typically include screening, assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals—all confidential and separate from your health insurance.
However, EAP availability and scope of coverage vary by employer. Some organizations provide comprehensive EAP benefits; others may offer more limited arrangements. If your situation requires resources beyond the scope of your employer's EAP coverage, we will work with you to identify affordable options—which may include services covered by your employee health insurance.
If you're unsure whether your employer provides EAP coverage, simply call us. We'll help you understand what's available to you and explore your options—no obligation, no judgment.
Your Privacy Is Protected
Confidentiality is the foundation of everything we do. No information about your participation—including your name—can be released to your employer, coworkers, or anyone else without your explicit written consent.
Sessions take place in a private professional setting or via end-to-end encrypted video—your choice. We maintain strict compliance with all applicable privacy regulations, including 42 CFR Part 2 protections for substance use treatment records.
