Which SUPR participation level is your company enrolling in?

Advanced SUPR — 7% Premium Discount All Basic requirements PLUS: EAP, Return-to-Duty policy with SAP, and random testing program.
Basic SUPR — 4% Premium Discount Written policy, pre-employment testing, post-accident testing, reasonable suspicion testing, and supervisor training.
Comparable — State Construction Contractor Eligibility ORC 153.03 compliance for state-funded construction projects.
Reimbursement Only Access BWC SUPR grant reimbursements without premium discount enrollment.

Required Training for Your SUPR Level

Based on your selection, the following courses are required:

    Does your company have a USDOT number? Do you supervise employees covered by FMCSA (or other DOT modality) regulations?

    Yes — We have DOT-regulated employees Supervisors require 60 min alcohol recognition + 60 min drug recognition training per 49 CFR Part 382.
    No — We do not have DOT-regulated employees
